Registration Open: VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

Citrine Culture is partnering with Leaf Out Consulting to provide a virtual workshop called “Words Matter: Building Gender-Inclusive Spaces” on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM Eastern / 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Pacific. Here is what you need to know:

Who is leading?

This workshop will be led by two experienced facilitators: Rachel Wallis (they/them, Citrine Culture) and Kristy Lowther (they/them, Leaf Out Consulting).

People of ALL knowledge levels and experiences are welcome to attend.

What will we cover?

This workshop will be informational and interactive, so everyone can leave with tangible skills to be more inclusive of trans, queer, and nonbinary people. The facilitators will begin by giving an overview of Gender Identity and terminology, then move on to inclusive mindsets, how to use language as a tool for inclusion, best practices for pronouns, group discussion and learning, and finish with actions we can do today to be more inclusive.
