Hi there! My name is Rachel Wallis (they/them) and I am the Founder of and Lead Facilitator for Citrine Culture Consulting. I am a queer, nonbinary person who uses my lived experience in the LGBTQIA2S+ community along with learned academic experience to coach you on Gender Identity and Inclusion. Gender Identity is a big concept, but with the right support, it does not need to be confusing.
My background is in government contracting with a focus on project management, technical writing, and content creation. As an experienced project manager with 10 years of experience, my strength is defining long-term goals and breaking them out into easily managed benchmarks and milestones. Using my experience as a technical writer, I have a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complicated information with clarity for any audience.
After graduating Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, I was invited to come back to the program to teach on the Continuum of Gender Identity. Since 2020, in addition to my work at the university level, I have worked with sports leagues, non-profit organizations, start-up tech companies, government agencies, and military leadership. My facilitation approach focuses on using inclusive language as a tool to include people of all genders.
